Although I am a software developer, I am looking for software to streamline the website front-end design process. It would be a big plus if the software has graphics-creation capabilities, but for what I'm looking for, it doesn't have to have that (although as I said, it would be a big plus).

Can anyone refer me to a good graphics software that allows WYSIWYG design of a complete website, and which has the ability to export HTML5/CSS3 code when the designing is done? And of course, I would judge such a software by the quality of code it produces; some software tend to add more things than necessary and results in a cluttered HTML5 that becomes very hard to modify.

I already know about Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Muse, both of which I consider not ideal. So I welcome any referrals to any software, and please provide links to their websites if available for me to peruse.

Thanks.

the best one I have found and use is Artisteer.
it allows you to WYSIWYG the complete design and all pages, even add content gives suggestions and then change part of the design (header, menu, body)  you can tailor within the application then save it.
then you can export is either as HTML5 or wordpress or Joomla
there is  free trial and the product is very cheap sonsidering what it can do
(responsive designs, CMS support, slideshows..)
