Exchange - Read Update Address Book?

Hi..
Is there anyway to update / read an Exchange Address book using C# or some other API.
I would like to update the Address book of employees with the list of current of Employees in my group.  I know can update Outlook programmatically - but what about exchange?

Hi,

Exchange servers can be configured to updated the Offline Address Book on specific schedule, it can be updated multiple times per day.
