shared user mailboxes Synchronisation errors

We have newly created shared user mailboxes.
Most users have 2 shared mailboxes and their personal mailbox.
One of the shared mailbox is declared as the default mailbox
We are using Exchange Server 2010 and clients are on Windwos SEVEN & Outlook 2010

Since that  the users get all day long synchro error messages like following:

13:42:44 Synchronisateur Version 14.0.7108
13:42:44 Synchronisation de la boîte à lettres 'Hans-Rudolf Lienhard' en cours
13:42:44 Erreur lors de la synchronisation du dossier
13:42:44              [80040107-501-0-660]
13:42:44              Echec de l'opération du client.
13:42:44              Banque d'informations de Microsoft Exchange

Hi Hans,

Unfortunately, when two or more devices sync the same mailbox, there will always be sync conflicts.

I usually suggest to my clients that they delete the items in the sync conflicts folder.
