Windows desktop shortcuts

Hi,

Is there a way via use of windows desktop shortcuts to set envitonment varibles ?

My applications source files reside on a network share.  Before accessing them I need to set some environment varible on the desktop.

Hi,

Do you mean by seting the path and environment variables in Windows.
