Unable to download in IE9

Hi,

IE 9 is deployed by default and all clients without Admin rights are not able to download anything is IE9. I tested the issue, and found that the yellow bar at the bottom does not appear. I tried it on 2 admin accounts and both can download without issue. I have tried resetting IE settings and ensured that the 'Advanced' tab has the exact same settings selected. Still no joy.

Please can someone advise.

In Tools|Internet Options|Security tab|Custom Level is Download section|"File Download" Enabled?
Does the Antivirus app block downloads?  Norton may do this with IE 9.
Can you install IE 11?

Hi, File download is enabled and I have just removed the antivirus software and still no luck. I will look into deploying IE 11 across our network. This might be the best option.

We have deployed IE10 which has resolved the downloading issues.
