Visio 2013 - Is that Text box a field?

Is there any easy way to determine if the data inside a textbox is a field?
Currently I have to edit that box (press F2) and move my cursor. If my cursor jumps from the first position of the text box to the last position and doesn't navigate through any of the intermediate characters, then I know it is a field.  Is there any other way of determining this?

I checked shapesheet and there's nothing there that seems to indicate the status of the text box.

Look in the ShapeSheet for a section called Text Fields. If it's not there, no field. If it is present, you'll find a Value cell that will typically contain a formula or text string or a combination... something like
   =Sheet.56!User.RoleAbbrev
or
="The title of this shape is "&Prop.ShapeTitle
