So you don't have a trusted commercial certificate installed? <br />
If you are using a self signed certificate then that isn't supported for use with either Outlook Anywhere or ActiveSync and you should deploy a trusted certificate instead. <br />

No idea on how to install a certificate on that device as I never use self signed certificates for any of my deployments. <br />
