How do I uninstall HP TouchSmart Smartcenter software

I have an HP Pavilion HPE desktop computer.  I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1.  I'm getting the error SmartCenter has stopped working.  I looked up what SmartCenter is and it's for HP touch notebooks.

Don't know why it's on my Desktop.

How do I uninstall it

look for the uninstaller, and run it :
Installation folder: C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\TouchSmart\SmartCenter\

Uninstaller: MsiExec.exe /X{1502291B-3C1B-4781-99F8-9D6D8C650588}

I found Tsuninstaller in Program Files (x86) Hewlett-Packard.  I ran it but nothing appeared to happen.  Does it uninstall without any user intervention.  I'm at work now so I don't know if it worked.

ok - another solution :
re-install it
then use Revo to uninstall it (point revo to the uninstaller)
