mobile devices wont connect after P to V

SBS2003 was virtualize to Hyper V and ran for a week on external storage before we were able to perform a data migration to a permanent host machine,  The host machine is a new dell server running Hyper v server 2012. The Exchange store was corrupted after data  migration and was repaired by running esutil.
Mobile devices now cannot get mail.  The mobile devices are able to authenticate to the server and create a mail account on the device, but they are unable to get mail, and receive the error "Cannot get mail.  Server error.  Contact your server administrator."  "Cannot get mail  The connection to the server failed."

There are a lot of 3005 errors in the event log.    OWA works fine and am able to connect both internally and externally.  Remote connectivity analyzer is able to connect without error.

Currently at a loss as to the cause of the error..Could it be a hyper v issue?

Support for Exchange 2003 ends in one week. Why are you doing a P2V instead of a migration of getting off SBS2003? You won't even be able to pay Microsoft for support in a week.
