Outlook mailbox

Hi,

I have a client who has user B mailbox imported in her outlook. She was able to send a email to user B and he received the email from her.

But, the problem is when she opens user B mailbox in her outlook, the sent email is not showing in the inbox even though the email was received by User B. So what I found was that there were seven groups made in the inbox, not showing like today, yesterday,last week in a sequence way. Please look at the attached image, showing in Exchange Account groups.

The sent email went into fourth group instead of first group. And I am not sure why it went into the group. I also want to display by dates like today, yesterday instead of groups.
