Keep Contacts Out of the Cloud Using Windows Mobile & Outllok

I don't want to let Windows Mobile put my Outlook Contacts into the cloud.

When Windows Mobile upgraded from version 6 to 7 they started to require that Outlook Contacts be put into the cloud.

Is there any way to prevent this these days?
