get device by address or name or UUID

Hi.
I have a list of all paried bluetooth devices. I select one of them and now I have an address , name and I have UUID of it.
Now I have to start work just with this device. How can I do that?

What language are you using? In Android you get a BluetoothDevice and you can perform operations on it.
