i am working on .net project  in service layer. I am not aware of dirty tracking in the entities.

What is mean by implement Dirty Tracking in the Entities ?

Whenever you see the term "dirty" in programming, it means that something has changed. If a TextBox is dirty, it means the text has changed; if a DataSet is dirty, it means some data within it has been changed, but not persisted back to the backend data store; in EF, you basically have the same thing as the DataSet:  If your entity has been updated, but it has not been persisted back to the database.
