how to copy a table QA environment to my Development environment

Hi, I am trying to copy the table of QA environment to the Dev. How can I do this, I surfed through google but could not find the answer for it.

Assuming you have rights to at least "read" that QA table, Open your Development SSMS then connect to your Dev SQL Server, select the database where you want to put it then right click IT and under "Task" menu that pops up select "Import data" (I believe forth from the bottom) and a simple and easy to use wizard will pop up then go from there.
