Windows 2012 r2 on VMware 5.5
Hi,
I have installed ESXi 5.5 on poweredge 2950.
After installed windows 2012 r2 standard and datacenter on it as guests, I found that the time is off by 4 hours. I wanted to set it to US Canada EST time. If I manually set it, it gods back after reboot.
Systems CMOS battery is showing ok and bios has correct date and time.
What to do?
Thanks.

Thanks, I did that (force the VMware into bios on next boot up) and changed the time from there.
Soon after I sere the correct time on the logo and once I logged in, it changed back to 4 hours after.

Thank you sir!
This is it.
I see the incorrect time here.
Thanks again and I will try this and update here if this work (which I think will).

Thanks for the help. It worked.
Go into the vm settings and have it boot to the vm's bios and configure the time there.
