It is Office 365. Users are using Windows 7. I think I need configure something on Active Directory for this Outlook with company logo such ad GPO.

Are your AD admin tools letting you down?

Managing Active Directory can get complicated.  Often, the native tools for managing AD are just not up to the task.  The largest Active Directory installations in the world have relied on one tool to manage their day-to-day administration tasks: Hyena. Start your trial today.

The current signature in Outlook is a standard from AD.

The closest you can get to that would be the solution that is posted here

Currently in office 365 you cannot add a logo centrally.. except perhaps with the method in the link.

I have not personally done this though.

I know you are most likely looking for an internal "no money down" solution but I thought for anyone interested I would throw this one out there..

Hi MD. Mojahid,
We have the signatures for all users already. Now, I would like to add logo in our users signature in Office 365.
Do you have any idea?
Thanks,

I discussed with my manager and he told me we have the Desktop Authority. So, we are going to use it to create a signature with a company logo. Please take a look at the article below for Desktop Authority
