Hiding the 'Junk Email' folder in Exchange 2010 OWA

In Exchange 2010 OWA is it possible to not just disable junk-mail filtering but to actually prevent the 'Junk Email' folder from appearing?

I know you can disable the junk mail folder via GPO, but I don't know if it applies to OWA, I believe it would be am not certain.
