VMWare VDR Applicance

Hi Guys,

I already have a vdr appllicance installed, however I don't have the plugin in the vcenter in order to manage it - the place you define the backup jobs, where can I download this from?

If this is VDR, (not VDP!)  the Plugin is on the VMware Data Recovery ISO (or CDROM), which you installed the Appliance from.

What version of VDR are you using?

The file you are looking for is called VMwareDataRecoveryPlugin.msi, and it's in the root of the cdrom.

where do I download this from, I can't seem to find it on the VMware website.

If you select the VMware vSphere 5.0 download, it's part of this set.

you will need to login, and have licenses for VMware vSphere.
