How to get Mobile phones chats (Viber,Skype...etc) over Wifi ?
Is that possible ?

I assume your question is about capturing wifi traffic to snoop these conversations? If so, capturing the data is already a problem (unless you have special hardware). The problem AFTER you get the hardware working and have the actual tcp packets, is that the conversation is encrypted. Unless you can crack TLS or AES traffic, this question is a no-go.
