Hi, on the FAS 2240-4, with Cluster-mode configuration, I know that the 10GbE port is used for the cluster interconnect (Direct connection from FAS to FAS).. but can I add another expansion card so I can have 10 GbE interface for NFS traffic?

I'd like to connect my FAS2240-4 with my Brocade VCS ethernet fabric (2x 10 GbE 6740 switches)

Thanks!

Yes, you should be able to add, 10 GbE interfaces or 1 GBe interfaces for additional traffic.

netapp says only 1 10gbE is supported and it can only be used for cluster mode :(
