SharePoint 2010 Foundation - Move Database(s) to Dedicated SQL Server

I have SharePoint 2010 Foundation. SharePoint was installed with SQL installed locally with the database(s). I want to move the databases to our dedicated SQL server.

1) Which databases from the picture must I move? I'm not sure what each database is or what they are for.

2) How do I point SharePoint to the new database location? I could use some details or a video.

I know SQL Server Management fairly well. However, I don't know SharePoint at all. I have admin access to both.

You would notice 3 kinds of databases: Config database, Site Content database and Service Application database.
Look at this article which was recommended by Archilles if you have SQL aliasing done.

If you are using direct SQL instance then stop SQL and SharePoint services and move the database files from current server to dedicated SQL server. You would find the database file location in database properties through mgmt studio.
