Lync 2010 - easier to use video conferencing solution?

Hi I'm looking for some input/suggestions on an easier setup for lync 2010 video conference.

Group uses a Dell laptop in a conference room to accept a video call from a user in another location.
The issue here is the users want nothing to do with accepting the video call themselves in the Lync cilent. They literally just want to go into the room and start the video conference when the user calls in.

In the group's room, there's a dell laptop with an external polycom multi-camera video/audio device, works fine.
The user in the remote location also uses a dell laptop, and just a simple camera in his conference room.

is there any third-party software or add-ons to make it easier for them to accept a call from the user, and share their video at the same time?

Because, they have to keep watching the Lync client to wait for the user to call, accept the call, accept the added video, then add their video, then maximize the video screen to fill up the external television hooked up to the TV.
