MS WORD 2013 (link from one table to another table)

I have two tables

In the first table, I want to put in a link, that if clicked, would send the reader to the second table within the WORD Document

How can I do this

Insert a bookmark on the second table.
Insert a link in the first table, pointing to that bookmark.
