Outlook 2007 not displaying Custom MailChimp email template properly

I have combined a couple of MailChimp templates and now I am having issues with the top logo "Glos Life" floating higher than the date and social media icons. The bottom of glos life should line up approximately with the bottom of the social media icons. I fixed it once by making the larger image under Glos Life an exact height but it is not working this time. THe problem does not show up in the template only when I put together an actual email with content. Any ideas? The html template is attached along with a jpg image of the problem.

Try this.  I've changed the valign attribute from "top" to "bottom"
<!-- // Begin Template Header \\ -->
                                	<table border="0" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0" align="left" width="400" id="templateHeader">
                                        <tr align="left" valign="bottom">
                                            <td width="400" height="90" class="headerContent">

                                            	<!-- // Begin Module: Standard Header Image \\ -->
                                            	<div mc:edit="header"><a href="http://www.glosassociates.com" target="_blank"><img align="none" src="http://www.cowlickstudios.com/GlosEmail/GlosLife.jpg" width="376"></a>
                        <!--<h1 style="font-family:Georgia, 'Times New Roman', Times, serif; font-size:15px; color:#000; font-weight:100; font-stretch:extra-expanded; padding:12px 0px 0px 12px;"> WITHIN&nbsp; <span style="color:#C00;">|</span>&nbsp; BEYOND</h1>-->
