could you please advise, minimum server specs to install SW-CUP8.6-K9 for lab purpose .

Here is the Cisco hardware compatibility guide:

Cisco doesn't list minimum requirements, but they do provide a list of compatible servers.  You may be able to glean the minimum requirements from those.

Also, in case you are not aware, CUP8.6 is EOL.
