Any way to ensure the pop up is on top, before other program?

iRetVal = objShell.Popup("Your computer will restart momentarily. ", TIMEOUT, "IT Maintenance", vbExclamation + vbYesNo + vbDefaultButton3)

I notice sometimes it only has a flashing icon at the bottom of my screen where the status icons are and it doesn't display on the scree before other open programs.  Anyway to fix this?  Thank you.

Try adding vbSystemModal to the last parm.

iRetVal = objShell.Popup("Your computer will restart momentarily. ", TIMEOUT, "IT Maintenance", vbExclamation + vbYesNo + vbDefaultButton3 + vbSystemModal)
