I would like to know if it is possible to remove email threads from an email prior to sending or forwarding to a third party.
Reason for question - a client from a medical facility, had important test results leaked so they want to remove thread so as to not allow internal users or external recipients to receive emails with threads.

In Outlook you can set a parameter, but it won't affect Web Access.

Think of using Rights Management so you are actually protecting your data.
