Exchange 2010 GAL OAB Sync Problem

Hi Expert,

Recently, we face a problem that users cant view the updated GAL and OAB through Outlook ( Outlook Aywhere), previously i had post a similar case and require to delete the OAB and re-download the OAB again, right now, more and more users is getting the similar issue, sometimes i need to turn off the cache mode and re-enable it to make it normal, it is pain in the ass to fix the users one by one. Is there anything happend to my servers?
or it is a outlook 2013 problem?

As you said, user able to view the updated GAL without cache exchange mode, this hint that the outlook client issue. It this happen also to user connected Outlook via MAPI (connected to company network).

If this issue happened only for Outlook anywhere, you may try to test outlook connection over internet.

Hold CTRL+ right click on outlook icon on taskbar and choose "Test E-Mail AutoConfiguration", tick only "Use atodiscover"

Verify the result if your Outlook able to contact Offline Address Book
