Esxi Host failed ping after install

Guys,
I just recently installed esxi 5.5 in vmware workstation 10, the installation succeeded but when I do test ping , it failed for all test and the esxi host also not reachable via ping from any other machine within the same network.

Is the vNIC enabled? Check to see if the NIC is enabled and in bridge mode ...

Are you using the E1000 network interface and bridged mode?

Thanks is working now after change from NAT to bridge connection..
