When I open the outlook  /safe,still it is coming.
 "Outlook,windows internet explorer.....Do you want your RSS feeds in outlook to be syn...."
It may still be picking up feeds from IE.

Go to Options, Advanced options and untick the Sync RSS feed boxes.

Then delete all RSS folders etc in outlook and restart Outlook

Make sure you have not got any feeds left you are subscribing too in account settings.

I have IE10, this option doesnt exist
and for the outlook , it doesnt allow me do delete the rss feed folder, the option delete is dimed ,

This link doesnt apply on my outlook 2007, and in the account setting option in the outlook ,there is no rss feeds
