How do I change the width of a sidebar here on www.thedancingsoul.ie ?

In this case you would need to edit the file named "style.css" beginning on line 528. The width is set to 220 pixels plus 25 pixels on each side for padding.

Thanks Kim, and can i edit the body part aswell??

If you have access the to style.css file, you can edit whatever you choose. What do you consider the body part?

I think i have but if you look at the bottom you will see an uneven part?? I changed the container part

It looks like changing the body width will compromise a lot of positioning values in the css file. A great many changes will have to be made. I suggest you turn this back over to the person who created it.
