I have created a moderately complex HTML signature in Outlook 365, with links and a graphic logo. Sometimes when I insert it into an email it overwrites some of what I have typed.<br />

I can reproduce the problem this way: Create a new email, Select All, Delete (to get rid of the signature that is inserted automatically), type some text, then insert the signature from the ribbon. The signature appears, but what I have typed disappears!<br />

Anyone have a clue?<br />

Outlook 365 signatures overwrite text

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month.
