Get a str = to 9 characters?

If Len(strVBELN) > 9 Then

This line say if I am greater than 9.  How do I tell this that strVBELN has to be 9 characters, no more, no less?

I stated this wrong...  I needed it to say if it is anything else other than 9  sorry
