Cisco Unity Connection 9.1 and WAV Files

We are testing Cisco Unity Connection 9.1. I'm able to configure email notifications to users when they receive a voicemail but for some reason I can't get it to forward a WAV file attachment so they can listen to it. I've configured an SMTP Smart Host and configured each user to Relay Messages in the Message Action section. No joy. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the response but I've tried the procedure provided in that link and for some reason it still doesn't help. We're looking at a possible issue with how the users are imported into the system from the domain. Thank you for the assistance anyway.

The issue has been elevated to another department in our company and I'm no longer working on it.
