VB.net html Specific/ARGB colors

Hi

I am building the html body of an email using the code below. In the code the color is black/
I want to use two other colors: Royal blue  and Burnt Orange. I have no idea whether there are names for this. I knowhow to find the RBB colors. How do I apply a customized color to the html

oHBody & "<html><body><font size=3  color=black name = 'Century Gothic'>Regards, " & "</font></body></html>"

You can specify the RGB values with hash notation:
<html>
<body>
  <font color="#FF0000">Hello World</font>
</body>
</html>

BTW, the font element is deprecated, so you might want to look at using a span element with a style applied instead.
