I shared a folder, then removed the folder without removing the share, now when I browse the server \\servername I see the share and its indicated "Offline Share", I check the shared folders in computer management and the share is not listed. How do I remove this share? See Attached.

run Cmd (as administrator).
If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Yes.
Type:
net share <sharename> /delete.
For example, to stop sharing a folder called InformationTechnologyUserSettings , type:

net share InformationTechnologyUserSettings /delete

Thank you, when I applied your fix and tested I realized that I didn't fully troubleshoot before I posted the question. If I brows the server from the server (right in the attached image) the shares are listed correctly, or if I do the same from any of the workstations on the lan the shares are listed correctly. It is just from my workstation (image left) that the share InformationTechnologyUserSettings is listed.
