There are two possible causes of this:

- Exchange may be using a POP 3 connector, and this time-stamps emails at the time they are retrieved rather than the time they were sent.
- Your PC may be set at the right time, but the wrong time zone, and Outlook is showing times with adjustment for your timezone.

Hope that helps!

So pointing out that it'll be something like a time zone, and not being given the correct information (outlook 2010 not 2013) means I don't get the points?

When in fact it WAS an incorrect time zone that caused the problem!!!

Sorry I OBJECT.
