Crystal Reports Issue

We had some issues with Crystal Reports about 3 months back. Upon a repair of the installation and permissions update from previous administrator to a new user we were able to fix the issues. Since that timeframe I have noticed though that if you try and preview any type of reports we have, or if you use the default crystal report view I get the following error message "Unable to retrieve Object.Service was not found." All services are running, the system has been rebooted, but this default type view is unavailable. Any ideas?

If you are getting this Ina browser, make sure the respective item is available on the IIS .NET client library.
