FTP Upload

When I attempt to upload files via FTP (CuteFTP or Filezila) , the upload is partial, the file name appears, but the size is 0.  This action began Two days ago

If this was working and is no longer working then something changed.  

Make sure no firewall rules changed, you haven't switched from passive to active or vice-versa and there is space on the server.  

It sounds like the data connection may not be transmitting (port 20 traffic).
