Facebook Issue

I have a customer whose has a personal facebook page & has created a business page off of it. They've used it for years & it has worked fine. The owners mom started messing around with the personal account & now the business page is not shown on the left side of the page if they are on the home page....any suggestions as to why it isn't there anymore? I can go to the URL for the business page & it is out there somewhere & I can even log into it but have no admin tools.....any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!
