That's possible, you have to disable the built-in DHCP server and set a static LAN ip address on the linksys that doesn't conflict with other devices in your network.
After that, you can plug the internet feed in one of the lan ports, the wan port is then no longer used.

if I will disable the dhcp from this , can I connect all my wifi devices ?

Yes, as long as you have an internet feed with DHCP server connected to one of the lan ports
