Direct File Access not working in Outlook Web App after Exchange 1010 SP2

running exchange server 2010 with SP2.

In Organisation Configuration / Client access I have outlook web app mail box policies with direct access enabled.

But in the outlook web app I have no options for folders.

Someone has told me this feature has been discontinued, is this true?
