Use WSUS for PCs and Servers.  I can tell you but it's better to follow this:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc708519(v=ws.10).aspx

For other software look at this:  http://ninite.com/

Both are super easy and will contain setup guides at the links I posted.
