Please help!!!!

My users are no longer able to open attachments when accessing emails via OWA form cellphones, an error message pops up "This page contains too many server redirects"

I have also noticed that even when you try on a PC via OWA, the attachments do not open at all, and no error message is presented.

Users who have complained are mostly Android and iPhone users.
