Email Error

Can anyone give me a simple answer to this error?
We would like to receive email from an individual at earthshift.com but they are claiming we are blocking their email and we are not - as a matter of fact they are on our whitelist as an approved sender. It looks to me like their server is the rejecting source. I pasted the error message below


Subject: Fwd: FW: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Hi Bob,

Still not working, see below. Can you ask your provide what's going on?

The SPF message indicates that the originating IP address is not established in DNS as a bona-fide IP address representing the domain earthshift.com.

To solve the problem, the owner of the domain earthshift.com would need to include the IP address 65.19.68.101  as authorized to send email on their behalf.

Thanks for the clear answer - I will send the information to the individual and ask them to have their IT department handle it and I will let you know the resolution
