Hello Team,

Can you please help with this issue in Archive mailbox

Actually thing is,in user actually mailbox there are lot folders are in inbox.. 1000 of items.. and same folder structure is in archieve mailbox..

As per the policy we have .. after 45 days.. automatically old items get moved to Archive mailbox in thier respective folder..

but issue is.: in Archive folder there are many folders are created duplicated, dont know know of what reason and also that duplcaite folders are not empty having the old mail items..

User need to mix all the folder, excactly samelike in actual mailbox, without hampering the items that will not delete..if we do it manually. it will take lot of time.it will be very time consuming.

so please help with the automatic folder structure in archive mailboxsame like actual mailbox.. how to do that

Thanks,
Andy

This would not happen normally, so there's something causing the duplication.  Is this mailbox shared with other users, or does the user connect to the mailbox multiple times from different workstations or mobile devices?

Here's an article that may be helpful in cleaning it up:

this mailbox is shared with one user..not sure the mailboxes connected with multiple workstations or mobile device.. if suppose it would be connected.. that would be the cause of this..
