Conferencing Software with no local install files

I need a video conferencing solution that does not involve the user having to download anything onto their computer, they just need a browser that can get to the support organisations website and log in from there.  

Does anyone know one

The users is a registered charity

Join.me is a service by LogMeIn that offers this. The attendees just need a browser to join a meeting. There is also a free trial available to test it out.
