Hello.
While attepmting to print only certain emails from the same email chain, Outlook 2010 freezes while "Connecting To Printer". This occurs on every client workstation, and using multiple printers, including XPS Document Writer. There must be something in the email causing this to happen.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

are you able to change the email format
and see if it print, HTML, PLAIN TEXT, RICH TEXT, see which format causes it to fail, maybe someone from the email string is using a format the printer does not like

I can't change the email format prior to printing. It will not print to any of the printers, including XPS document writer. I can open and print the email thru webmail on any browser.

Yes. Windows XP. I am guessing the problem is in the signature file of someone on the email chain. That seems to be the common link to these trouble emails. Is that possible, and if so, how would we get around it?
Thank you!
