I can't change the email format prior to printing. It will not print to any of the printers, including XPS document writer. I can open and print the email thru webmail on any browser.

While attepmting to print only certain emails from the same email chain, Outlook 2010 freezes while &quot;Connecting To Printer&quot;. This occurs on every client workstation, and using multiple printers, including XPS Document Writer. There must be something in the email causing this to happen.<br />
Any ideas?<br />
