We are looking for a piece of software (paid or free) we can use to allow us to move our conference room booking away from public folders and resource mailboxes in exchange to our sharepoint farm. I remember looking at some software for sharepoint 2007 that had this functionality but cant remember the name.

Ideally we are looking for a solution that would allow us to create the rooms with specific information such as capacity, equipment, location etc. This would then allow the user to filter the rooms tailored to their needs and create the time window they will be using it for.

Thanks
