Sync Server Folder to Sharepoint Online

Hello,

We are looking to sync a shared folder on a Windows 2012 server out to Office 365 / Sharepoint online. Right now we are running the OneDrive for business app on the server which is working OK at the moment. But I think the server needs to be logged in as a user for the sync to continue working.

Is there a better way to sync files out to Sharepoint?

You my try setting up OneDrive to work as a service. http://www.coretechnologies.com/products/AlwaysUp/Apps/RunSkyDriveProAsAService.html has some information on how to do this, but I haven't tested. The instructions were written before the name switch to OneDrive, so you know.
